The Amphoras are our signature pieces.
For some years now Anna Kiosse is making unique pieces.
They have been exhibited in Athens, Berlin and on various Cycladic islands.
Every Amphora is hand built using coiling technique, and fired at high temperature. They are all unique, handmade and hand painted -inspired by the ancient greek amphora with a contemporary twist. The artist' s free spirited illustration, creates a new interpretation of those ancient vessels. Using modern motives and, combined with what reminds of classic patterns and adding old poems and 20th century song lyrics here and there those vessels have a lot to say and even more to discover.
